RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY 

 

Our Policy   

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 

 

Online Orders (UK Distance Selling Regulations) 

You have the right to return your online order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. 

  • Items must be unused and in original condition 

  • All tags and packaging must be intact 

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order 

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

In store Orders 

 

Returns (Unused Items)   

You can return most items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided that: 

- The item is unused and in original condition   

- All tags and packaging are intact   

- You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) 

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges   

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 28 days of purchase for: 

- Different sizes   

- Alternative products   

 

All exchange items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items   

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: 

- Wetsuits that have been worn in the water   

- Swimwear or underwear   

- Wax that has been opened or used   

- Any item marked as “final sale”

Faulty or Damaged Items   

If your item is faulty or develops a manufacturing defect, please return it as soon as possible with proof of purchase. 

 

We will: 

- Offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate   

- Work with the manufacturer where necessary   

 

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Surfboards   

Due to the nature of surfboards: 

- Boards must be inspected at the time of purchase   

- We cannot accept returns for damage caused after leaving the store   

- Manufacturing faults will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

Refund Processing   

- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval   

- Card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank

How to Return   

Items can be returned in-store with proof of purchase.
