The Red Tiger is John John Florence’s fast, performance-focused shortboard for smaller and weaker surf. It carries a slightly fuller outline than a typical high-performance shortboard, helping it generate speed easily while still keeping the control and responsiveness needed for more aggressive surfing.

A flatter rocker creates instant speed through soft sections, while the wider squash tail adds lift and drive. The single-to-double concave blends into a deeper vee through the fins and tail to keep the board quick rail-to-rail and responsive in tighter turns.
