2. Our Online Store
We sell surfboards, wetsuits, surf accessories, clothing and other products through our online store.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen.
We may update our products, prices and website content from time to time.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After receiving your order, we will send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. Acceptance of your order takes place when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable or there has been an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment already made where appropriate.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
Prices will include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout. Your order may be subject to payment verification before it is accepted.
5. Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but circumstances outside our reasonable control can occasionally cause delays.

6. Returns and Cancellations

For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, subject to applicable exceptions.

7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at dan@adventurebay.co.uk and we will deal with the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.
8. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Although we take reasonable steps to keep stock information accurate, occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where we cannot supply the product.
9. Surfboards, Wetsuits and Technical Products
Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their intended use, ability, size and conditions.
Product information and general advice provided through our website are intended to assist customers but do not replace appropriate instruction, supervision or professional advice where this is required.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
